Product Specifications 2.1 We constantly revise and update our Products and thus reserve the right to amend specifications without prior notice in relation to future sales. 2.2 Products may differ as a consequence from those advertised. Products supplied will therefore be of an equivalent value, functionality and appearance. 2.3 The images of products displayed on our web site are as accurate as possible. | Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 3. Prices and Payment 3.1 All prices displayed include VAT at 17.5% (where applicable). 3.2 The prices displayed on the web site are for online sales and promotions only. 3.3 Prices quoted are the current prices and will be those ruling at the date of the delivery in respect of the quantity of Goods delivered irrespective of the quantity for which the price was quoted. 3.4 You must pay by credit card or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. 3.5 Full payment will be taken when you place your order. 3.6 Your order will be confirmed by email as soon as payment has been processed. |
| Delivery Schedule 4. Delivery 4.1 We are only able to deliver Goods to you if you have a permanent mainland UK address. 4.2 We will endeavour to deliver your order by the date confirmed to you in the order confirmation. Where no date was specified, we will endeavour to fulfil your order within thirty (30) days of the order date. 4.3 If you are unable to take delivery of your order on the set delivery date, for whatever reason, then we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payments less an administration/manufacturing fee. 4.4 If we accidentally damage Goods in the course of delivery our liability is limited to the repair, replacement or refund of the goods or the value thereof. 4.5 Time is not of the essence in these terms and conditions. Any time or dates specified by the Seller as the time at which or the date on which Goods will be delivered is given as an estimate only, made in good faith to which the Seller will make all reasonable efforts to comply with. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
| Guarantee 6 Guarantee and Notification of Claims under Guarantee 6.1 Failure to advise the Seller of the non-delivery of Goods within seven (7) days of receipt will release the Seller from liability for claims for non-delivery. 6.2 Customers shall be deemed to have examined all Goods within seven (7) days of delivery and to be satisfied that the Goods are undamaged of the correct quantity and in accordance with the order confirmation. 6.3 Where the goods are considered to be defective the Goods and the packaging materials must be retained by the Buyer. 6.4 We guarantee all Goods against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. 6.5 The guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, misuse, damage by a third party, or any alterations or other work carried out by anybody who is not the Seller. 6.6 In the event of a claim under guarantee, please contact us at the address below. |

| Returns Policy 5 Returns, Refunds and Cancellations 5.1 Subject to your statutory rights, Products made specifically for you may not be returned nor will any refund be provided, unless they have been received defective or incomplete or have been damaged by the Seller during delivery. 5.2 Your statutory rights dictate that you have seven working (7) days to return any products (including that you have simply changed your mind), and you must notify us in writing or by email within that period of your intentions. We will then arrange for a refund to be sent within thirty (30) days of your notice of cancellation. You will, however, be liable for the return delivery cost which will be deducted from your refund.
